Maths practice pitched at your class, ready to print.
Starters, fluency sheets, number bonds, times tables and problem solving, written for your class and the number facts they're on. Baker sends the PDF straight back to the chat, with a version for each group and the answers on the last page.
Three tables, three levels, one maths lesson.
The starter that isn't there
The register's in five minutes and you still need ten quick questions on the board. You end up writing them out by hand, again.
One sheet, three groups
The sheet you found is too easy for one table and too hard for another. So you make three copies and change the numbers on each.
Working out the answers
The questions are done. Now you sit with a calculator and do the whole sheet yourself so you can mark it tomorrow.
Baker knows which number facts your class is on and sends the sheet back with a version for each group and the answers on the last page.
It knows what your class can already do.
Tell Baker once what your class is working on. It keeps it and builds every maths sheet from there.
It remembers the number facts
Bonds to 10, the 3 times table, column addition with exchanging. Whatever they're on, Baker remembers and pitches the next sheet from there.
They've got bonds to 10 now, so this one moves on to bonds to 20.A version for each group
Ask for the same sheet at different levels and you get a PDF for each, with the same layout so no one feels singled out.
Three versions: one with a number line to help, one as is, and one with a reasoning challenge.Answers on the last page
Every question is numbered and the answers sit on their own page at the end, so marking is a quick look, not a second sitting.
Done. Twelve questions, answers on the last page.Your curriculum, your words
Your phone number sets the country, so it's Year 3 and "maths" in Manchester, Grade 3 and "math" in Denver, pitched at the curriculum where you teach.

What Baker doesn't do (yet).
Maths questions teachers ask first.
What kind of maths can it make?
Starters, fluency sheets, number bonds, times tables, place value, the four operations, fractions, reasoning and word problems. Each one comes back as an A4 PDF with numbered questions, room to write and the answers on the last page.
Which year groups?
Primary: Reception and Year 1 to 6 in the UK, Kindergarten to Grade 5 in the US and Canada, and the matching years in Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. Baker uses your country's year names and spelling.
Can it do ten frames and number lines?
It can write ten frame and number line tasks, with boxes for pupils to draw the counters or jumps in. It doesn't print exact diagrams, so the drawing is done by the class.
Can I get versions for different groups?
Yes. Ask for the same sheet at two or three levels ("easier with smaller numbers", "a challenge question at the end") and Baker sends a PDF for each.
Are the answers right?
Baker works them out and puts them on the last page, but read them before you mark, as you would with any resource. If one is wrong, text Baker and it fixes it.
How much does it cost?
Your first resource is completely free: no card, no account, just text. After that the Baker plan is $20 USD a month for unlimited messages. Text PLAN any time to see the details.
How do I cancel?
Text CANCEL and confirm with YES. You keep Baker until the end of the month you've paid for and you won't be charged again. Changed your mind? Text KEEP.
Is it safe to text about my pupils?
Use first names or group labels ("the blue table"). Baker won't store surnames, medical or special-needs details, and it says so if you send them. The full detail is in our privacy policy.
Tomorrow's maths is one text away.
Tell Baker what your class is on. Get the sheet back, a version for each group, answers on the last page.
